The advanced Voice over IP technology introduced by PC-Telephone enables you to make calls even when your PC is behind a Firewall, NAT and LAN router – nothing to configure.

You can make calls directly from your Local Area Network (LAN) computer.

As long as you have Internet and access websites you can also make unlimited, free PC-to-PC and cheap PC-to-Phone/Fax calls over Internet with enhanced audio quality and reliable data/fax transfer.

If you, however, do not hear the remote party when you make phone calls over Internet:

• Use your Firewall software and open the ports TCP/UDP 9084 in/out to allow making Intranet-Internet calls.
  
  
• Please, check your soundcard or audio device. A malfunctioning of any of these will result in inability to make phone calls.
